Employment

We work hard and have a lot of fun doing it.

New Hope Christian Academy seeks out gifted individuals who have a passion for God and His Presence, for teaching, for children, and serving their community.

NHCA does not require state certification for teachers. We have found that our form of education works best when we seek those who share our values and have a natural teaching ability. We are seeking teachers who value the Presence of God, who are interested in growing in their personal walk with God while leading students to grow as well.   Who desire to be apart of our community of learners that are chasing after Jesus. Our teachers must be committed, orthodox protestant Christians with a living faith in Jesus Christ.

What to Expect

  • Commitments of the Team

Being employed at NHCA means you wholeheartedly support and agree with our Statement of Faith.

1 Timothy 4:12 admonishes us that we should "...set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity." How we live and serve is as important as what we do in our individual roles and responsibilities. At a minimum, if hired, you would:

    • Take personal responsibility to keep your soul healthy and to manage change well.
    • Remain flexible, teachable, optimistic and ready to jump in wherever and whenever needed.
    • Live at peace with everyone and protect and fight for the unity of our team.
  • Personal Development

Being on the team at NHCA places you in a hard-working, high-feedback environment focused on helping you grow personally and professionally. We believe as each of us develop individually, we move forward collectively.

Two resources to read before considering employment at NHCA:

  • Meaningful and Fulfilling Work

Deep down, everyone desires to be part of something bigger than themselves. Working at NHCA places you on a team with big vision and a passion for God and His people.

  • Family Atmosphere
